FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and CURTIS JOHNSON A/K/A CURTIS L. JOHNSON; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on August 15, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
