NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-015093 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JAMES ROMANO, CLERK OF THE COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CYPRESS BEND NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, TAYLOR MORRISON SERVICES, INC. F/K/A MORRISON HOMES INC, MICHAEL ROMANO, UNKNOWN TENANT (S), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES ROMANO A/K/A UDYSS ROMANO and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL ROMANO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of August, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 59, CYPRESS BEND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE(S) 102 AND 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
