Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 30 day of November, 2010, and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Ex Parte Motion to Re-Set Foreclosure Sale filed on the 12th day of July, 2011 and entered in case No. 10-CC-004740 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein susan chacko and meleparackal v. chacko are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 106, Building A, of MANDOLIN BAY VILLAS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4486, Pages 4344, Public Records of Lee County, Florida and including but not limited to the use of two Parking Spaces numbered 106 being limited common elements for said unit
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
