NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed May 4, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-ca-057984(T) of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, n.a. as successor by merger to wachovia bank, n.a. is Plaintiff and morris e. durbin a/k/a morris durbin; __, as the unknown spouse of morris e. durbin a/k/a morris durbin, if any; barbara a. durbin a/k/a barbara durbin; john doe or any other person in possession; ___, as the unknown spouse of barbara a. durbin a/k/a barbara durbin, if any; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s), whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through under or against the named Defendant(s) are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m., on the 11th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
