NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 23, 2010, and entered in case no. 09-CA-065805 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, national association, as trustee for the certificateholders park place securities, inc. asset-backed pass-through certificates series 2005-wcw1 is the Plaintiff and Terrance Michael Daly and unknown tenant(S) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 18 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 1 and 2, less the east 16 feet of lot 2, block 50, palmlee park, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 6, page 1, public records of lee, county, florida
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
