NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 18, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2010-CA-052511 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL PATRICK RAHILLY, JR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL PATRICK RAHILLY, JR; KACIE LOUISE ROBINSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KACIE LOUISE ROBINSON; THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 18 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
