YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a code enforcement lien property in Lee County, Florida:
Tract “B”: A tract or parcel of land being part of Lot 28, Block 1, HARLEM LAKE SUBDIVISION, Unit #3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 136, Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Said Tract “B” is further described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of said Lot 28, thence run N. 00º45'47” W., along the West line of said lot 33.80feet; thence N 47º 52'00” E 123.31 feet thence N. 56º02'58” E., 65.47 feet to a point on curve of the S. Wly R.O.W. line of Hale Street, beginning a curve to the left whose radius is 75 feet and central angle 10º37'30”; thence S. Ely along the arc of said curve for 13.91 feet; thence S. 36º32'18” W. 176.68 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 28; thence S. 88º52'30” W., along said South line 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to a 37 foot roadway easement along the west line,

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Luis E.
