Notice is HERBY given that pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I filed on June 14, 2011, by the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 09-CA-56693, I will sell at public sale on August 18, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the property situated in Lee County, Florida as follows:
The West Half of the West Half of the East Half of Section 25, Township 43 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, lying south of the right-of-way for State Road 80; and

All that portion of the West Half of the East Half of the West Half of the East Half of Section 25, Township 43 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida, lying South of the right-of-way for Highway 80.

Less easement rights released by that Partial Release of Easement from Mortgage and other Security Documents as recorded at Instrument #2006000050202 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
