lot 98, grande oak east, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 77, pages 26 through 38, of the public records of lee county, florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 17 day of August, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
