NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed April 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-052852(T) of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ABILIO CHANG; LUISA I. CID; YANDY CHANG; WACHOVIA BANK, NA; JOHN TENANT a/k/a LEONICO CERVANTES and JANE TENANT a/k/a MARIA MARTIN are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on August 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 102, Unit 15, Section 29, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 50, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
