NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-056552 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Reuben Ortiz, Laguna Lakes Community Association, Inc, Jairo Moncada, Monterey at Laguna Lakes Association, Inc, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Unknown Spouse of Reuben Ortiz n/k/a Jennifer Ortiz, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 18 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
lot(S) 100, laguna lakes, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 74, page(S) 1 through 8, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
