NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-063021 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee For Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-he3, is the Plaintiff and Maria Corredor a/k/a Maria T. Corredor a/k/a Maria Teresa Corredor, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 18 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 3216, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 66, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 TO 26, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
