NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 19 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-071158, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and MICHEaL WHITEWOOD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERITRUST MORTGAGE COMPANY; JILL WHITEWOOD; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT H-917, SAN CARLOS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 557, PAGES 354 & 355, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
