NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 18 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-18057, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC4 is the Plaintiff and RICARDO MOLINA, ANSON STREET, LLC, STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE OF FRANCES BERBERICH, FRANCES BERBERICH,, ROGER N. KIESTER and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICARDO MOLINA n/k/a nivea molina; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
