WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-5 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is Plaintiff and GEOVANI A. ALFONSO; TERESA I. ALBELLA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POESSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 19 day of August, 2011, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTs 85 AND 86, BLOCK 3590, UNIT 46, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 118 THROUGH 129, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
