NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling of Foreclosure sale filed July 11, 2011 and entered in Case No. 08-ca-001435 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein gmac mortgage, llc, is Plaintiff, and jose r. daly, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 51 and 52, block 4032, cape coral, unit 56, as recorded in plat book 19, pages 107 to 116, in the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
