Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 21 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-050431-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. The Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 a.m. on the 22 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 15, block 10, lehigh acres unit 2, section 19, township 44 south, range 26 east, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 26, page 23, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
