NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-009025 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, The Bank of New York as Trustee for The Certificate Holders CWabs, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2006-18 is the Plaintiff, and Felix Sanchez and Edith Rodriguez, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the August 19, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. on Lee County's public auction website www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 5 & 6 block 1987, Cape Coral, unit 28, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 14, page(s) 104 through 111, inclusive of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
