NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed October 18, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-063342 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein wachovia mortgage, fsb f/k/a wells fargo bank, n.a., is Plaintiff, and jill aleshire and jane tenant a/k/a Gina pepe are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on August 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 3, Building A, GULF HIDEAWAY I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4693, Page 291, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
