NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs filed March 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-057763 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Vernon Lesser; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Uknonwn Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on August 11, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
lots 2 and 3, block 6165, unit 98, cape coral, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 25, page 107 to 121, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
