all that certain condominium situate in the county of lee, and the state of florida, being known and designated as follows: unit 409, phase ii, of grande isle towers i & ii, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official records book 04304, page 4037, and subsequent amendments thereto, public records of lee county, florida.
