YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY D/B/A BB&T successor by merger to COLONIAL BANK, N.A., a North Carolina banking corporation, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:

Commence at the Northwest corner of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 29, thence S. 89° 41' 11” E., along the North line of said Northwest ¼, a distance of 20.00 feet to the East right-of-way line of Janmar Road, as now exists, thence N. 00° 19' 48” W., along said East right-of-way line, a distance of 15.63 feet; thence S. 89° 55' 34” E., a distance of 319.84 feet to a point on the Northerly extension of the East line of the West ½ of the West ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 29, for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S. 89° 55' 34” E., a distance of 2378.81 feet to the East line of the Southwest ¼ of Section 20, Township 25 South, Range 22 East, said point lying 27.00 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Southwest ¼; thence N. 00° 21' 31” W., along said East line, a distance of 428.60 feet to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 98; thence S. 57° 43' 33” E., along said Southwesterly right-of-way line, a distance of 126.39 feet; thence S. 00° 35' 29” W., along a line parallel to the East line of the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 29, a distance of 697.68 feet to a point lying 100.00 feet East of said East line; thence N. 89° 42' 20” W., along a line parallel to the South line of the North ½ of said Northwest ¼, a distance of 600.00 feet; thence S. 00° 35' 29” W., a distance of 1000.00 feet to the South line of the North ½ of said Northwest ¼; thence N. 89° 42' 20” W., along said South line, a distance of 1860.64 feet to the East line of the West ½ of the West ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 29; thence N. 00° 12' 35” W., along said East line, a distance of 1326.92 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING LAND to-wit:
Commence at the SW corner of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 29, Township 25 South, Range 22 East, Pasco County, Florida, and run N. 89° 58' 25” E., along the South boundary of said NW ¼ of the NW ¼, 706.71 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence run N. 00° 01' 35” W., 210.00 feet; thence run N. 89° 58' 25” E., 415.00 feet; thence run S. 00° 01' 35” E., 210.00 feet to a point on the South boundary of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼; thence run S. 89° 58' 25” W., along said South boundary 415.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to L. Geoffrey Young, Esquire or Kenneth M. Curtin, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
