Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in Pasco County, Florida, on the 21st day of June, 2011, in the cause wherein Frank A. Montalbano, was plaintiff and James Frost, was defendant, being case number 512010SC2545ES in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, James Frost in and to the following described property, to wit:
