NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 12th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-006628-WS-J2, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and BARRY J. HOGAN; BETTY A. HOGAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8th day of August , 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1118, ALOHA GARDENS, UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 80 AND 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
