BOOK 1195, PAGE 554, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 22 THROUGH 25 AND AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 1 THROUGH 4, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 45 THROUGH 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on August 16, 2011.
