NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 714, SAND PEBBLE POINTE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND A PERCENTAGE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1195, PAGE 554, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 22 THROUGH 25 AND AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 1 THROUGH 4, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 45 THROUGH 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. With the following street address: 8150 Brent Street, #714, Port Richey, Florida, 34668.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on August 16, 2011.
