Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 1, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 1575, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT NINETEEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1184 CHELSEA LN, HOLIDAY, FL 34691; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 17, 2011 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
