LOT 1853, BEACON SQUARE UNIT 16-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4234 CRAFTSBURY DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34652; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 16, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
