NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2011, and entered in Case No.: 51-2011-CA- 000737-WS/J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein KENNETH HINNERSCHIETZ and LISA HINNERSCHIETZ are Defendant, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on August 22, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
