YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 64 IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT BEING THE SAME AS THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 35, THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 64, 548 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 64, 220 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 64, 370 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN WEST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 64, 221.23 FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID TRACT 64, THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 64, 74.7 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID TRACT 64, THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 64, 221.25 FEET, THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL TO THE EASY BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 64, 74.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 15 FEET THEREOF BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD-RIGHT-OF-WAY; BEING A PORTION OF TRACT 64 IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID TRACT BEING DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF THE PORT RICHEY COMPANY LANDS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 60 AND 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1977 HOMETTE DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME ATTACHED THERETO, HAVING VIN #03630407AK AND VIN #03630407BK TITLE NUMBERS 14576489 AND 14576504.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DOUGLAS C. ZAHM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12425 28th Street North, Suite 200, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, on or before August 29, 2011 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
