NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment on Counts I, II, XIII, XIV of Complaint” (the “Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on August 18, 2011, starting at 10:00 a.m.
