TUNKEL; and VICTORIA L. EXTENDED AND ON THE E BY THE WLY LINE OF US LOT 2 LESS THAT PART OF UNRECORDED PLAT OF ISLAND CEDARS LYING IN US LOT 3 ATTACHED TO DB 329 PAGE 408 AND LESS PARCEL TO CITY OF ANNA MARIA DESCRIBED IN DB 336 PAGE 49 & LESS LOT DESCRIBED IN DB 305 PAGE 255, LESS LOT DESCRIBED IN DB 369 PAGE 647.
