TUNKEL; and VICTORIA L. PAUL; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A FLOYD CALHOUN are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25TH day of AUGUST, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

EXTENDED AND ON THE E BY THE WLY LINE OF US LOT 2 LESS THAT PART OF UNRECORDED PLAT OF ISLAND CEDARS LYING IN US LOT 3 ATTACHED TO DB 329 PAGE 408 AND LESS PARCEL TO CITY OF ANNA MARIA DESCRIBED IN DB 336 PAGE 49 & LESS LOT DESCRIBED IN DB 305 PAGE 255, LESS LOT DESCRIBED IN DB 369 PAGE 647.
