NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 25th day of July, 2011, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE HARRIS BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and EDNA M. BRICE, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., and JOHN DOE #1, are the Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 41 2010 CA 10324, R.B. Chips Shore, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property, situate and being in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 155, Covered Bridge Estates Phase 4A, 4B, 5A and 5B, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 195, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
