Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 10, Block E, Revised PLAT OF THE VILLAGES OF LAKESIDE SOUTH, PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 154 through 156 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the 24th day of August, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
