NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on July 25, 2011, in case number 2010 CA 009416, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein IBERIABANK, a Louisiana State Chartered Bank, is the Plaintiff and JAMES A. DONNELLY, KATHY E. DONNELLY, and GOLD TREE CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, are the Defendants.
