NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale dated July 13, 2011 entered in Case No. 2008-CA 546 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 17, 2011 beginning at 11:00 am, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in MANATEE County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 36, BRADEN CROSSING, PHASE 1-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 151, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
