NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2011, and entered in Case No.: 2010 CA 002692 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Plaintiff, RBC BANK (USA) f/k/a RBC CENTURA BANK, and, DTC ENTERPRISES TALLEVAST PARTNERSHIP, a Florida general partnership, through its Partners, EDWARD D. ADKINS and SANDRA J. ADKINS, DTC TALLEVAST, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, UNIVERSITY PARK OF COMMERCE ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation n/k/a UNIVERSITY PARK OF COMMERCE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bid¬der for cash, on August 30, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. on the Manatee County's Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots II-4 and II-5, UNIVERSITY PARK OF COMMERCE, SECTION TWO, a subdivision as per the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 59 through 62, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
