NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 25th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009CA000339, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A16, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-P UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and LINDA L. MAUGHAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA L. MAUGHAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTY CLUB VILLAGE SUBPHASE D, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 23 THROUGH 25 AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
