NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-000745 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff, and KYLE BRINKLEY; DEANNA BRINKLEY; JOE ISLAND ENTERPRISES, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are Defendants
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 24th day of AUGUST, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF THE LANDS IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL OF SAID LANDS IN SAID SECTION BEING UNSURVEYED, INCLUDING, HOWEVER, SPECIFICIALLY THAT CERTAIN ISLAND KNOWN AS JOE'S ISLAND, AND THE SMALL ISLAND TO THE SOUTH THEREOF, LESS THAT PART THEREOF LYING EAST OF THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
