NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007844 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, Plaintiff and Anthony Marshall Brown, Individually and as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Annis M. Brown, Deceased and Alice Marie Martin, Individually and as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Annis M. Brown, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 24, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, RUBY'S LAKE VIEW SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
