NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 13, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-008769 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association (“Assignee”), formerly known as LaSalle National Bank, in its capacity as indenture trustee under that certain Sale and Servicing Agreement dated June 1, 1999 among AFC Trust Series 1999-2, as Issuer, Superior Bank FSB, as Seller and Servicer, and LaSalle Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, AFC Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Notes, Series 1999-2 and any amendments thereto, Plaintiff and Joe H. Williams and Pearlie M. Williams, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 9, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LAND IN THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT AN IRON PIPE AT THE INSIDE INTERSECTION OF SIDEWALKS ALONG WEST SIDE OF RANGE LINE ROAD AND NORTH SIDE OF VIRGINIA STREET (NOW 21ST AVENUE EAST) AND RUN WEST 176 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 167 FEET, THENCE WEST 60 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 167 FEET; THENCE EAST 60 FEET OT THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
