NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 14, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002462 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LADISLAV HORVATH; TEREZIA HORVATH; THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 15 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 5, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3934, PAGE 0653, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
