Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the order Granting Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK 12, FIRST ADDITION TO NAPLES TWIN LAKE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 52 AND 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 4532 Fluvia Avenue, Naples, FL 34103, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on August 15, 2011, at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
