NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15 day of June, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-00088-CC, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which WILLIAM T. STEVENSON, ELAINE STEVENSON A/K/A ISABELLA E. STEVENSON and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendants, and PELICAN RIDGE OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15 day of August, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
