notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order to Extend Foreclosure Sale dated June 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-001287 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for the holders of the Terwin Micro Asset-Backed Securities, Series 2007-FHM1, without recourse, Plaintiff and Carlos Roubicek are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on August 15, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 165 FEET OF TRACT 91, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 27, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 17 AND 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
