YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor-by-merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, a national banking association, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
Lot 4, RAIL HEAD INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 101 and 102, of the public records of Collier County, Florida.

Commonly known as 1443 Rail Head Boulevard, Naples, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to L Geoffrey Young, Esquire and/or J. Martin Knaust, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
