notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2010, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-008734, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. INDYMAC VENTURE, LLC, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SANTIAGO ELOY; ADALIS ELOY A/K/A ADALYS R. ELOY; ARIAN ELOY; SUSANA RODRIGUEZ, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the FIRST FLOOR of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 31, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 17 AND 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
