NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 21, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 11-2008-CA-006331 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, is the Plaintiff and GABINO R. SUAREZ; DELINEE MIRANDA; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 17 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 16, BLOCK 46 OF GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65-77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
