Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Agreed Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the August 17, 2011, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
