NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting foreclosure sale dated July 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 0804327CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR7, is Plaintiff, and OMAIRA D. TRUJILLO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the courthouse located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, Naples Florida 34112, in COLLIER County, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 307 OF CORAL GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TOT HE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3742, PAGE 744, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SAID COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
And all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
