NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007900, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2is Plaintiff and EDDI MIRANDA; BEATRIZ E. HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 103, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 60, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
